The effort appears when an individual does not have the available resources to treat the requests and the pressures of the life. The negative effort can come from the events like the trauma of childhood, the financial problems, the problems of report/ratio, the illness and even the death of liked. Your goal is to identify and then to eliminate as much effort in your life like possible.
