Author: Epson’s latest offering to the multi-function inkjet printer market is their Stylus SX405. It offers a wide array of functions including, photo printing on a variety of printing papers, high resolution scanning and stand-alone copier in black and colour. It’s built-in memory card reader and LCD screen means you can print photos without the need for a PC. Printer ink for the SX405 comes in the form of individual cartridges, one each for black, cyan, magenta and yellow. Genuine Epson ink features DURABrite ultra ink which is an ink technology developed by Epson that they claim with help stop photos from fading and give your photo a clear sharp finish. Individual cartridges offer better value for money because it means you only need to change the colours that you use. The best value for money however can be found in the form of compatible Epson SX405 ink cartridges which cost considerable less than genuine Epson ones and print the same quantity of pages. Overall the Epson Stylus SX405 enables you to take control of all your home or small office document and photo printing.
