If your budget not allow you to purchase a vista loaded laptop than don’t ever go for that. Vista needs a high configuration to run so the costs of these laptops are genuinely high. Always prefer windows xp laptops.

Windows xp is user friendly & easy to use for everyone. You can go for discount laptop that are cheap & having a minimum configuration & some dealers are also providing second hand laptops to their customers. So if you are going to buy a new computer than please take a visit to a laptop showroom hope you can find better than your expectations.
